What this site collects
There are no accounts or newsletters. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, and GitHub may log technical data such as IP addresses to operate and secure the service.
Contact form
When you use the contact form, your name, email address and message are sent to a Cloudflare Worker (Cloudflare, Inc.), which forwards them by email through Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) to info@codezen.tech. The Worker does not store them; your IP address is used briefly for rate limiting and spam protection, which may include Cloudflare Turnstile. Some of these providers process data in the United States.
I use what you send only to reply to you, on the basis of your request (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)), and keep it in my mailbox only as long as needed for that conversation. If you write to me directly by email, the same applies.
Analytics
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc.) to count visits: which pages are viewed, the referring site, browser, device type, country and page-load performance. It sets no cookies, uses no local storage and does not fingerprint or track you across sites; your IP address is not stored. Because no personal profile is created, it runs without consent, on the basis of my legitimate interest in knowing how the site performs (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
With your consent, the site also loads Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.) to understand how pages are used. Clarity can record mouse movements, clicks and scrolling; text you type is masked, and ad features are disabled. Microsoft may transfer data to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Clarity is not loaded before you click “Accept”, and declining has no effect on how the site works.

Your choices and rights
You can accept or decline analytics at any time from cookie settings. Your choice is kept for six months, after which you'll be asked again.
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
